Slug liver was a type of popular Ferengi food, made from the liver of a slug lifeform.

Slug liver was available on the menu at Quark's Bar on Deep Space 9's Promenade. (ST reference: Star Trek Cookbook)

In 2373, Morn had raw slug liver for breakfast at Quark's. According to Quark the bar was the only place where one could purchase this meal first thing in the morning. (DS9 episode: "The Assignment")
