"So Near the Touch" was the first annual issue of DC Comics' 1989 series of Star Trek comics. The issue consisted of a 36-page story edited by Robert Greenberger, and written by George Takei and Peter David. The art was penciled by Gray Morrow and inked by Arne Starr.
