Solack was a Vulcan male serving in Starfleet in the 24th century.
In 2364, he first officer of the USS Constitution (Galaxy class) . Solack was inadvertantly responsible for the contamination of that vessel crew when he beamed back to the ship after being exposed to the Rhulian flu prions in the Enterprise-D sickbay, then went back to the Constitution and attended a staff meeting and a birthday party.
