Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

Solev was a male Vulcan doctor who lived on Ferenginar during Ferengi years 18211-18217. During that period, he lived in an ancient castle in the Gothis Mountains, where he worked on a scientific paper entitled "The Illogic of Death, or, Bringing the Dead to Life, A Noble Experiment". In 18217, Doctor Solev's assets were liquidated by the Ferengi Commerce Authority, with the proceeds of their sale going to the estate of Rogi, Solev's laboratory assistant tragically killed by a Ferenginoid creature. (DS9 reference: Legends of the Ferengi)

It is unclear whether Solev was killed, arrested, or fled justice before the FCA seized his possessions.
