In the mirror universe, Solok was a Vulcan in the Imperial Starfleet. In 2277, he served as a lieutenant in the security division of the ISS Enterprise under Admiral Spock. On Deneva, he helped to turn the tables on Starfleet operatives assigned to assassinate Spock by Matthew Decker. Specifically, he took out two snipers in a conference hall with fellow security officer Stang. (TOS - Mirror Universe novel: The Sorrows of Empire)
