Spaytak Narwingenssen was a Denebian man residing in the port town of Meekrab on Denebia in the late 23rd century.
He considered himself an "information purveyor," though referred to as a spy or sneak by others. In 2270, Spaytak and a group of associates attempted to kidnap Leonard McCoy and Montgomery Scott, mistaking them for Spock and James T. Kirk, respectively.
