The Spyorna was an organization within Vulcan society which was a ruling body that was composed of scientists.

At some point before the year 2270, they found the new pioneered ways in logic by T'Prylla as being unacceptable. Despite her status as a virtual renegade, they made it clear that she was to be recovered at any cost during the crisis that occurred in the Black Box Nebula. (TOS novel: Corona)
