The Stakoron are a Gamma Quadrant civilization from planet Stakoron II.

History and specifics[]

In the year 2369, Krax claimed that Grand Nagus Zek had entered into negotiations with the Stakoron for mizainite ore, although it was possibly part of his attempt to kill Quark by ejecting him into space through an airlock, which Quark thought a ship was docked at to take him to a meeting with the Stakoron. (DS9 episode: "The Nagus")

Juno Mellias, a female Stakoron, was the archaeologist and gemologist of the Even Odds in 2377. (DS9 novel: Sacraments of Fire)

In 2383, Typhon Pact starships were in the Gamma Quadrant near Stakoron space. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Plagues of Night)
