The Star Bar was a late-23rd century bar establishment on Magellan's World.

History and specifics[]

By the 2280s decade, Ena was its proprietor.

In 2285, Magellan entered the bar to stop yet another brawl between Human and Klingon colonists and the local inhabitants. Magellan managed to draw the fighting outside by shattering a chandelier – the third time he'd used that method – and then shared a beverage with Koval, one of the Klingon miners. (TOS comic: "Maggie's World!")

Federation mining administrator Alisa Ruthven wanted to stage an assassination and went to the Star Bar to find a fall guy. She propositioned Koval, slipping sedatives into his drink so he'd pass out after they exited the bar together. (TOS comic: "Judgment Day!")
