Star Trek: Klingon Empire, originally titled Star Trek: IKS Gorkon is a book series, created by Keith R.A. DeCandido, chronicling the adventures of Captain Klag of the Klingon Defense Force ship IKS Gorkon and the Klingon Empire at large. The ship and much of its crew were introduced in the novel Diplomatic Implausibility, and also appeared in The Brave and the Bold, prior to the becoming its own series which was later retitled for it's forth novel in 2008 to open up the series to explore the entire Klingon Empire, but still through the eyes of the Gorkon crew.
