The Star Trek Annual was the first in a series of annuals published by World Distributors Limited in Great Britain. Published in 1969, the annual contained three reprinted comics from the Gold Key Comics range.

- Several of the articles included in this annual were later reprinted in the Star Trek Television Picture Story Book, which was published in the USA by PBS Limited in 1971.
- Endpaper spreads depicted the USS Enterprise crew's battle with a K-G running vine plant from TOS comic: "The Planet of No Return". The incident was also part of the collection's "Voyage of Discovery" board game.
