The Star Trek Annual 1978 was the ninth in a series of annuals published by World Distributors Limited in Great Britain. Published in 1977, the annual contained two reprinted comics from the Gold Key Comics range.

The covers feature the USS Enterprise and a Klingon D7 battlecruiser from "One of Our Captains Is Missing!" near the planet Mobita. The back cover, showing the starships leaving Mobita, was a painting of a panel seen on the last page of the story.
