Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

Starbase 104 was a Federation starbase facility in Starfleet service, located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants during the 24th century.

History and specifics[]

In the year 2366, Starbase 104 was under the command of Admiral Jan Rosenstrum.

Early that year, the USS Enterprise-D was ordered to the starbase to answer for accusations by the Ferengi that the vessel was cruising through their territory. However, the Enterprise first diverted to the planet Onnorh to seek special medical attention for Doctor Beverly Crusher. Shortly after the mission to Onnorh, the USS Hood and USS Courageous were ordered to escort the Enterprise back to Starbase 104 to answer for allegedly destroying the USS Nairobi. Both acts were lather proven to have been committed by an imposter starship. (TNG comics: "The Pay Off!", "The Noise of Justice")
