The Starfleet Museum is was a museum with several facilities that housed starships important to the history of Starfleet.

The Daedalus-class USS Discovery was housed at the Starfleet Museum in San Francisco and was a walk-through exhibit. (DS9 - Millennium novel: The War of the Prophets)
