The Starfleet Spaceflight Manual is a 23rd century manual published by Starfleet.
One section of the manual was devoted to life support systems in controlled ecological situations, and a portion described the hydroponics area of the refit starship USS Enterprise. The entry included a flow chart diagram of various resources as they related to and provided for the Human body. (TOS comic: "The Wristwatch Plantation")
