Stephen B. Reynard was a United Earth Starfleet officer onboard the Endeavour (NX-06) in 2156. During the second Romulan attack on Altair VI, Commander Goldser was killed during the battle and he was made XO of the Endeavour. Several hours later, Captain Shea died of injuries and Reynard was made captain of the Endeavour. (ENT novel: The Romulan War: Beneath the Raptor's Wing).
