For the primary universe counterpart, see Stephen Turner.

Grand admiral Stephen Turner was a Terran Imperial Starfleet officer living in the 23rd century.

History[]

In 2285, he ordered Admiral James T. Kirk, who posed as his mirror universe counterpart to rendezvous with the assault fleet to conquer the Federation and later addressed the fleet via subspace radio before their planned departure. When he received information that Kirk had apparently betrayed the Empire he immediately contacted the fleet again, ordering the USS Excelsior destroyed and promising an immediate field promotion to whoever did it. (TOS - The Mirror Universe Saga comic: "Masquerade!")

He later ordered Captain Blaine to assume command of the new ISS Excelsior and kill Kirk. (TOS - The Mirror Universe Saga comic: "The Beginning of the End...")
