Steve was the Grand Audarch of the Teenaxi people and its Delegation. (TOS movie: Beyond; TOS - Boldly Go comic: "Issue 10")
Biography[]
In 2263, Steve allowed Federation representative and Starfleet captain, James T. Kirk to speak with him and the Delegation on behalf of the Fibonan Republic's High Council. However, when Kirk offered the Fibonans' gift, a piece of the Abronath weapon, Steve asked about the weapon and how the Fibonans found it. Steve then believed that Kirk was sent there to use the weapon against them in order to eat them. He then had his people attack Kirk. However, two of his people, Kevin and another were beamed to the USS Enterprise.
Steve then took the Teenaxi flagship, to Starbase Yorktown. There, met with Commodore Paris, Lieutenant Commander Montgomery Scott, and Kevin. (TOS movie: Beyond; TOS - Boldly Go comic: "Issue 10")
