Stonrak is a planet near the Federation/Tholian border somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants. It is an inhabited Federation colony.
According to a Starfleet Academy simulation scenario, when the Federation forces passed into the Tholian space, it reported heavy Tholian activity. Two Tholian starships were found near its vicinity. (TOS video game: Starfleet Academy Starship Bridge Simulator)
