Biography[]
In the year 2317, Strolt was in a relationship with Zeeren, a Tzenkethi. Hoping that the Tzenkethi would look more favourably on Zeeren's return home if she had classified Starfleet information, Strolt obtained operational data from Starbase 143. Demora Sulu tracked Strolt to Temecklia II and convinced him to not pass the information to the Tzenkethi Coalition. (ST - Tales from the Captain's Table short story: "Iron and Sacrifice")
