Suddon Blyth Conction Ulllma was a business being who owned a company on a space station in the Delta Quadrant. He was of a humanoid species, with slicked-back blue feathers on top of his head and wore a thin blue jacket over a light blue vest.
Captain Kathryn Janeway threatened to wreck his business unless one of his employees, Rando Setten Curlu, took out a computer virus that created unwanted ads out of Voyager. She also alerted him of legal advice that she had from the law company Bong, Bong, and Biennium, but in reality it was a ruse. (VOY short story: "A Taste of Spam")
