Biography[]
He was a Starfleet officer who served on the USS Yorktown in 2293. He was the husband of T'Meni and the father of Tuvok.
In 2284, Sunak and T'Meni sent Tuvok to Starfleet Academy, as it was their wish that he become a Starfleet officer. Feeling obliged to honor his parents' wishes, Tuvok consented to attend. (VOY episode: "Flashback", VOY novel: Pathways, TLE novel: The Sundered)
