Depot Z15 starship

One of the derelict starships stored at Depot Z15 in 2368.

Surplus Depot Z15 is a Federation starship salvage depot at Qualor II that is run by the Zakdorn.

History and specifics[]

Benjamin Sisko and Jake Sisko once visited the surplus depot. Jake was impressed by how many starships were there. (DS9 - Strange New Worlds V short story: "Fear, Itself")

In 2317, the USS Theseus was retired to the drydock. It remained there until Montgomery Scott recommissioned it in 2370. (ST - Godshock comic: "Part 1")

In 2368, the crew of the USS Enterprise discovered that the Ferengi and other species had been taking materials from the salvage of Federation starships at Surplus Depot Z15 without the Zakdorn noticing. (TNG episode: "Unification")

In 2371, Commander Sisko obtained a Cardassian shuttle from Surplus Depot Z15 to use in a mission to Goka. (DS9 - The Maquis: Soldier of Peace comic: "Rats in a Maze")
