In an alternate timeline, Syvak was a 23rd century Vulcan man, a veteran officer of the Interstellar Coalition Space Command in the 2260s decade. He commanded eight space vessels in his career, the last being the ICV Kuvak, a diplomatic ship. Syvak was killed when that ship was destroyed over the planet Babel in the year 2264.
