T'Lak was a female Vulcan who lived in the 23rd century. She was a tall young woman who was the first cousin of Spock and eventually became an apprentice to Sarek. In 2248, she was at the Sarek family estate's study when she heard a scream from Amanda Grayson who was attacked by the Maranthan Wurnall This led to T'Lak quickly arrived at the scene where she employed the Vulcan nerve pinch to render her foe unconscious.
