T'Lar was a Vulcan female alive in the 23rd and 24th centuries.

As a young woman, she served as the midwife to Sarek's wife Amanda when she gave birth to Spock. Moments after Spock's birth, T'Lar presented the newborn to his father. Years later Spock would note that T'Lar had been present at both his first and second entrances into life. (Novelization of Star Trek V: The Final Frontier)

By 2285 T'Lar held the rank of High Priestess. As the High Priestess, she conducted the fal-tor-pan ceremony which rejoined Spock's recently regenerated body and his katra. (TOS movie: Star Trek III: The Search for Spock)

T'Lar was still alive in 2344, when she officiated at the marriage ceremony between Spock and Saavik. (TOS novel: Vulcan's Heart)
