T'Lar was a female Vulcan who lived in the 23rd and 24th centuries. She served as a High Priestess of Mount Seleya.

In 2230, T'Lar served as the midwife to Sarek's wife Amanda when she gave birth to Spock. Moments after Spock's birth, T'Lar presented the newborn to his father. (TOS movie, novelization & comic adaptation: Star Trek V: The Final Frontier)

In 2247, T'Lar, along with T'Pau, presided over Spock's coming-of-age ceremony. (TOS novel: Vulcan's Forge)

In 2270, T'Lar became the High Priestess of Seleya. (Last Unicorn RPG module: All Our Yesterdays: The Time Travel Sourcebook)

In 2285, T'Lar conducted the fal-tor-pan ceremony which rejoined Spock's recently regenerated body and his katra.
