Colonel T'Luadh was a Romulan Tal Shiar operative during the Earth-Romulan War. She was Admiral Valdore's contact within the Tal Shiar.

In 2156, Valdore requested that T'Luadh investigate the source of the Vulcan weapons being used by the Haakonans during the Romulan-Haakonan War. T'Luadh later helped Valdore investigate the destruction of his house. (ENT - The Romulan War novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)

In 2157, Valdore sent T'Luadh with Trip Tucker aboard the Kilhra'en in order to monitor him as he searched for the Ejhoi Ormiin warp seven ships.

In 2158, the Kilhra'en was damaged by a Haakonan ship, forcing T'Luadh and Tucker to travel at a high impulse speed so that time dilation would allow their supplies to last.

In 2160, Tucker and T'Luadh were rescued by Valdore so that Tucker could fix the Ejhoi Ormiin ships captured by Valdore's men. T'Luadh then informed Tucker that she was working against the Romulan forces and that he should cooperate with her. Eventually T'Luadh informed Tucker that Valdore's forces were massing at Cheron, leading to the Battle of Cheron. During the battle, T'Luadh placed Trip in an escape pod and sent him away from Valdore's flag ship. (ENT - The Romulan War novel: To Brave the Storm)
