T'Selis was a Vulcan healer and the wife of Romulan defector Ruanek. She gave Ruanek a marriage bracelet as she had found it logical for a Vulcan marrying a Romulan to follow at least a few Romulan traditions. (ST short story: "Blood Sacrifice")
