T'Vix served as captain of the USS Cochrane. In 2396, a few days into a mission monitoring the Neutral Zone, the Cochrane was recalled to Earth Spacedock; T'Vix was one of three officers aboard the vessel removed from duty with no explanation. (ST website: The Path to 2409)
In fact, T'Vix had been replaced by an Undine infiltrator, who was captured and imprisoned in Facility 4028, where he was known as Inmate 98639. (STO mission: "Facility 4028")
