The Tabernacle of sharp conflict was a structure on the planetoid Darien 224, part of the Last-of-all-Cities colony, which contained the Vorl-tak, a powerful Vulcan psionic weapon.
The Tabernacle was built by the Vulcans as a shrine to the bloody history of the Vulcan people. Bladed weapons held within the structure were coated in dried blood, which tradition held seasoned the blades.
The tabernacle and the entire surface of Darien were destroyed when the Vorl-tak was fired in 2254. (EV comic: "Cloak and Dagger")
