Taganika is an inhabited planet, located in Klingon Empire space, somewhere the of the Alpha or Beta Quadrants of the galaxy. Taganika was conquered by the Empire at some point in that government's early history, a feat that was primarily carried out by Klingons who were the ancestors of the House of SepIch.
