The Taholsin-class was a type of Andorian Empire starship, a destroyer in Andorian Imperial Guard service in the 22nd century. The Taholsin vessels were combatant vessels on the side of the Coalition of Planets allies during the Earth-Romulan War.
Entering service on reference stardate 0/9604, 1,030 vessels of the Taholsin series were built over the next 14 years. After the Federation was founded, many of these destroyers joined the nascent Federation Starfleet. (FASA RPG module: The Romulan War)
- The source material specifies Federation allegiance for all allied vessels in the Romulan War, but later canon contradicts this in stating that this was prior to the Federation founding. In accordance with the canon version, these vessels are referred to as Coalition of Planets allies for the purposes of this wiki.
