Is there a reason that "expedition" is capitalized here? It isn't in Mosaic. Is this mentioned in the novelization of Caretaker? Does anyone have a copy? Memory Alpha does capitalize it which maybe that maybe it is capitalized in the script for the episode. --Jdvelasc 20:09, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

I'd have done it lower case instinctively. However if you search expedition on wikipedia most of them are capitalized, so I guess it must be a convention for expeditions. --8of5 21:44, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

Yeah, there's something along the lines of "scope" here -- they talked about "the Farpoint mission", which was one ship on a short mission to Farpoint, but then for some reason, some are so important they are capitalized like the Arias Expedition -- the sames goes for battles. Not sure who decides this or why. -- Captain MKB 21:57, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

I can imagine that often the "X Expedition" is actually the full name of the thing they are doing. However, since it is actually "Arias expedition" in the book, it seems to me that it should not be capitalized. I am just going to move it now and please, let me know if it is actually capitalized in the text of anything else or if there is a good reason it should be capitalized. --Jdvelasc 04:23, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
