In the latest Typhon Pact novel "Plagues of Night", the divorce petition was withdrawn. However, they remained separated. Minor nit-pick: I changed "Cardassian-built" back to Cardassian-designed" because, as Sisko himself said, " Funny, I thought it was built by Bajoran slave labor." --Turtletrekker 00:44, 22 April 2006 (UTC)

They did not actually divorce. That is an inaccuracy. Ben /filed/ for divorce, but the petition was not completed. In the latest Typhon Pact novel "Plagues of Night", the divorce petition was withdrawn. However, they remained separated.
