Gorn settlement?[]
According to the Last Unicorn and Decipher RPGs, there's a small Gorn settlement on Cestus, coexisting alongside the Federation colony. Does anything in the pocket continuity specifically preclude that? President Bacco has a few Gorn friends from her time as governor, so I'm thinking it's possible, but I may have missed some info somewhere.
