Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

A friendly reminder regarding spoilers! At present the expanded Trek universe is in a period of major upheaval with the continuations of Discovery and Prodigy, the advent of new eras in gaming with the Star Trek Adventures RPG, Star Trek: Infinite and Star Trek Online, as well as other post-57th Anniversary publications such as the ongoing IDW Star Trek comic and spin-off Star Trek: Defiant. Therefore, please be courteous to other users who may not be aware of current developments by using the {{spoiler}}, {{spoilers}} OR {{majorspoiler}} tags when adding new information from sources less than six months old (even if it is minor info). Also, please do not include details in the summary bar when editing pages and do not anticipate making additions relating to sources not yet in release. THANK YOU

I'm opening this discussion page because I've noticed that an alternative universe uniform variant from the Kirk era has been noted (2260's page), but I remember reading of differences in the uniforms of the alternate Voyagers in the novel "Echoes". For example a part of B'lannas uniform was orange.

If someone is interested in adding this details, feel free to contact me here so that I can deliver you details on the differences.

Could you point to chapter/page? I have the novel on my shelf, but it's been forever since I've read it. If you know where those references are, I could check them out and verify. --Captain Savar 17:30, 23 April 2009 (UTC)

I've looked it up and found the first mention: Page 56 - Chapter 7

"LIEUTENANT TORRES STOOD, HANDS IN FISTS ON HER hips, and stared around, halfway satisfied. She had a long rip in her red-and-green uniform, and grease of some sort on her arm, but she had the beginnings of an understanding."

I'm going to scan the book for more, because I also remember a briefing scene where Chakotay noticed that the CommBadge colors were switched. --Markonian 20:10, 23 April 2009 (UTC)Markonian

You'll note immediately above that paragraph the indication that this is a parallel universe, as is a good half or so of the book. So, no, that information would not belong on this page. --Captain Savar 02:20, 24 April 2009 (UTC)

Merge[]

This page should be merged with it's counterpart with the correct dates. I will perform a history merge later is no other admin gets to it (i'm in a library).

Please do not blank this page in the meantime. -- Captain MKB 20:07, January 5, 2010 (UTC)

Ok, sorry, I forgot about the history. My mistake. --Kevin W.Talk to me 22:39, January 5, 2010 (UTC)
