I have a question about the "background information." What's so noteworthy about the Aegis knowing of first contact? It hasn't been referenced in anything... and even if they did, it just seems like a random comment. What does it matter? --TimPendragon 18:20, 6 December 2008 (UTC)

Eh. Never mind. Reread, and it basically makes sense now. --TimPendragon 18:25, 6 December 2008 (UTC)

A lot of these background "trivia" type comments have been added lately -- I left this much is because it explains Gary's comment, but I already removed the part speculating whether Gary Seven knew of the the Vulcan landing at Carbon Creek -- has nothing to do with Gary, does it? In fact, it even seems quite unlikely, considering Gary's own comment!

For that matter, did Gary know that Spock lived in the 1800s near Seattle for a while? or that a Vulcan ship would again crash on Earth in 2047? None of this has to do with the article about the character of Gary Seven. -- Captain MKB 18:26, 6 December 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, I get you. The comment about Montana is at least somewhat relevant, considering his line. It's still...oddly phrased. --TimPendragon 18:29, 6 December 2008 (UTC)
Better, yup. Thanks, Mike. --TimPendragon 18:33, 6 December 2008 (UTC)

"For that matter", what makes us think the Aegis didn't orchestrate to the Ishmael AND Strangers from the Sky incidents? Not a bad rhetoric, at all! Thanks, I'll take those into consideration...– Ensignsisko 05:28, 7 December 2008 (UTC)

Our general point here is that you need to be more careful that what you write about is relevant to the article subject. -- 13:17, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
We also don't speculate on this wiki. Tying these incidents to the Aegis in an article is inappropriate. --TimPendragon 06:36, 8 December 2008 (UTC)

Does "Assignment: Earth" specify that he was not an Augment? I only ask because a line later this article says he is an Augment, information that was actualy supplied in "The Eugenics Wars: The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh, Volume 1". We may have had this conversation before, I don't remember. AT2Howell 15:58, August 3, 2011 (UTC)
