A friendly reminder regarding spoilers! As always, the expanded Trek universe is in a period of major upheaval with the continuations of Strange New Worlds and Prodigy, the advent of new eras in gaming with the Star Trek Adventures RPG and Star Trek Online, as well as other eventful releases such as Section 31, the ongoing IDW Star Trek comic and spin-off Star Trek: Defiant. Therefore, please be courteous to other users who may not be aware of current developments by using the {{spoiler}}, {{spoilers}} OR {{majorspoiler}} tags when adding new information from sources less than six months old (even if it is minor info). So is "our" Iliana that kills Intendant Kira or the mirror universe version? -- Tough Little Ship 16:06, 5 February 2007 (UTC)

"Ours"--Turtletrekker 20:52, 5 February 2007 (UTC)

All righty. Updated the page to include the events of Fearful Symmetry. 70.17.97.67 04:22, 8 July 2008 (UTC)Jonathan Bruser

As for the bit just before "Captivity": I had the impression that Dukat fully knew that the "Kira" he imprisoned in Letau was Ghemor (or, more to the point, an Obsidian Order fake of Kira). That was why he kept her: He could stay true to his word to protect Meru's family, he could continue to try to "win" the real Kira, and to tide him over until such time as he bagged the real one he had a passable surrogate (Ghemor) ensconsed next to his personal bunker at Letau. Before I change the page, any counter-views?--Emperorkalan 12:44, 8 July 2008 (UTC)

Dukat knew who Ghemor was, and he also knew who Kira was, and that was why he intervened: to protect Kira. He took Ghemor to Letau, knowing who she was, and was thus able to have the best of both worlds, as it were, when he had his way with her. 70.18.254.143 20:05, 8 July 2008 (UTC)Jonathan Bruser
