The article claims Izar was founded by the Federation, but also states that it was an early Earth colony, which would presumably indicate it was founded by humans alone, earlier than 2161. And both these statements are cited to The Worlds of the Federation. Can someone who owns the book clarify this confusion? --75.168.153.163 01:45, September 8, 2009 (UTC)
