In Star Trek Online, Kirayoshi O'Brien is a technical officer stationed at Memory Alpha. - Well, I can verify Kirayoshi is indeed in the game, although, as yet, he seems to exist as a NPC outside any specific missions. I'll try to get a screenshot of him the next time I go to Memory Alpha in-game.
