Maybe this is just me, but in the Waypoint story, the caption on the bit from "Mirror, Mirror" says she "Risked Her Job to Eliminate Creepy Mirror Universe Enterprise Crew". Assisting with the planned objective wouldn't be risking her job, and "eliminate" is an odd choice of word for that. And then, when Spock suggests the mirror crew have returned to their own universe, she's shown with a "yeah, right" expression.
So the way I read it is that she gimmicked the transporter to do something a bit more permanent than send them back. (And I realise this is contradicted by just about every other story featuring the mirror universe.) 86.136.92.103 12:16, December 22, 2016 (UTC)
- I thought the panel was a simple reference to the fact that she went against those imposters of higher rank ('risking her job') by revealing them as impostors/and reverse engineering the means by which they arrived and thus deriving the mode of their banishment (in keeping with established MU lore). nothing else was stated or shown, but we did see that she wasnt referenced as part of the relevant discussion of revealing them (thus explaining her attitude).
- I think you're incorrectly reading into this. -- Captain MKB 01:46, December 24, 2016 (UTC)
