Do we know for certain that he was born on Altair IV? It's mentioned in one of the Stargazer books that Mike's father was Daniel Paris, who (aside from becoming an admiral himself) served as an aide to Kirk during his stint as Strafleet Chief of Operations. Yeah, the file Demora reads on page 213 (in the Microsoft Reader eBook at least) says he was born in the Hume Township on Altair IV --Arcarsenal 13:43, 18 April 2006 (UTC)
