Indistinguishable from Magic introduces Varaan, commander of a giant Romulan warbird by 2383, who mentions to Sela that Tasha Yar "stole" his father. That implies Volskiar is that father and that Varaan and Sela are half-siblings, with Volskiar having been in a relationship with, probably even married to, a Romulan woman beforehand.
