- The writer was wearing their reading glasses sideways -- the TWoK novelization states that no Vulcan woman -would- give herself up to mating with a Romulan, thus they must be coerced with drugs, and that a Romulan succeeding in such a humiliation and to sire a child by such means would get social status. There was nothing about the unlikelihood of a natural pregnancy from a normal mating, only that a Vulcan would not allow that. -- Captain MKB 14:14, 17 April 2009 (UTC)

This mid-range weapon is very similar to a Vulcan lirpa. It consists of a heavy staff with a crescent-shaped blade on one end, and with a large club on the other.

This dagger is basically a small version of the Vrelnec; both weapons are often used together.

This is the traditional Romulan sword. It consists of a straight, single-edged blade (110--120 cm long) which curves outward at the tip.

This sharp throwing-blade is occasionally coated with poison to increase its deadliness.
