Does everyone on Memory Beta think TAS comprises only the fourth and fifth years of the five-year mission? Does everyone believe they are in production order? I don't, and am hoping SOMEone else also doesn't. I know everyone argues about bridge door numbers, different technology and regular crew to say TAS "cannot" be how I think, but we all know from myriad novels [especially those set prior to The Corbomite Maneuvre] that the crew went back and forth with transfers all the time. Chekov did it tons in the 2280's and 2290's. The Magicks of Megas-tu can be in 2265 if you come up with uniform explanations. BEM can be the last episode, easily.--Stripey 16:01, 11 October 2006 (UTC)

Very nice, Stripey, changing your original post so as to try to make my response look foolish.
In answer to the question, do I believe TAS follows TOS? Yes. You think different? Make your case. --Seventy 01:11, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

I have no interest in making others "try to look...foolish". I changed the original post to make it more legible. As for making my case, I HAVE done...here and in the discussion on The Galactic Barrier--Stripey 11:03, 13 October 2006 (UTC)
