:The dating does indeed come from my calculations as posted on the Tomed Incident and Treaty of Algeron pages. If you like, I can either remove "May" from this article and have it be solely from the book itself, or I (or you) can include my calculations from the other pages to explain it. The lengths of time cited ("three months after the Tomed Incident and one month after the subsequent signing of the Treaty of Algeron" and "...scheduled to undergo three days of refitting...") are directly from the book, if not from a actual quote. --[[User:Scottish Andy|Commander, Starbase 23]] 14:15, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

Your calculations on the Treaty page mention assumptions based on episodes, ways of reading the stardate system and a choice of two months derived from those assumptions. I think that's a little bit too much theory outside of given information for us to use it as a given date. --[[User:8of5|8of5]] 22:06, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

Does the dating in this article come from the source itself or the calculations posted by the same user recently on the Treaty of Algeron page? --8of5 15:56, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

The dating does indeed come from my calculations as posted on the Tomed Incident and Treaty of Algeron pages. --Commander, Starbase 23 14:15, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

Your calculations on the Treaty page mention assumptions based on episodes, ways of reading the stardate system and a choice of two months derived from those assumptions. I think that's a little bit too much theory outside of given information for us to use it as a given date. --8of5 22:06, 3 April 2009 (UTC)
