The character notes in Vanguard put her in her "seventies" in 2265. So saying she was born "in (approximately) 2195" is off, since that's the minimum of the given range. When you're trying to put a number on an uncertain range like this, it's better to go for the midpoint and allow "plus or minus a few" in either direction. The midpoint for "in her seventies" would be 75, so use that to estimate the date, at least until a better/more accurate number comes up in a future volume. 2265-~75=circa 2190.
