related stories[]

Is there really a reason why all of the "related stories" need to be presented in bold? --Captain Savar 13:41, 17 June 2009 (UTC)

Because each one if effectively a little title for subsection detailing the relation. It is also the suggested format in the Manual of Style. --8of5 14:10, 17 June 2009 (UTC)
Hm. The titles on the manual of style are bolded, but it's not mentioned to bold them. Maybe it's just me, but it seems overkill. --Captain Savar 14:45, 17 June 2009 (UTC)

It just gives them little extra kick to help the title stand out from the rest of the text. --8of5 14:47, 17 June 2009 (UTC)

multi-part episodes[]

Is there a reason we have "The Best of Both Worlds" lumped together as one while other multi-part episodes with the same title (like "The Maquis") get an entry for each part? While my preference would be an entry for each part, I understand why we may have done this. But if we have a format, we should use it consistently. --Lenonn (talk) 19:07, January 1, 2018 (UTC)

Yes there is a reason, it is supposed to be like that. Please use this format consistently -- captainmike 20:44, January 1, 2018 (UTC)
That answer isn't really very helpful. It doesn't tell us which format is the correct one. So just to clarify, does this mean that other multi-part episodes (like "The Maquis") should have all their info comprised into one single page as well? - Bell'Orso (talk) 22:50, January 1, 2018 (UTC)
Observe the merged article "The Maquis" - two part episodes should be merged as one article -- captainmike 00:55, January 2, 2018 (UTC)
