- I think the TLOD reference is to the Emony Dax segment in which Emony and McCoy had a brief relationship at Ole Miss, as first referenced in this episode. As for the Imbalance reference I have no idea.--The Doctor 00:57, 4 November 2006 (UTC)
- Don't know about Imbalance, but dialogue from "Trials and Tribble-ations" was the source of the Emony story: Dax recognized McCoy from when Emony was at a gymnastics competition at Ol'Miss.
